A proposal is an open problem stated in plain language: the first stage of the path. It costs nothing, needs no Lean and no account, and records the idea - and who had it first - as a permanent event on the public log. Formalizing it into a solvable sorry is a separate, attributed step that anyone can take later, including you.
Events from this form are recorded unsigned
(open participation - the log marks them so). If your handle has a registered account, the registry
will refuse the event without your key's signature; use the CLI instead, which signs automatically:
razor propose --id PRP-you-1 --title "..." --author you. The
get-started page has the one-line install.
